South Seas has signed the first electrical and automation package contract for Lithium Beneficiation project
2023-09-07
The Goulamina lithium project, located in the Bougouni Region in the southern territory of
Mali, is projected to generate approximately 726,000 tons of lithium spodumene
concentrate each year for at least 21 years, potentially reaching an annual
maximum production of 880,000 tons. This production capacity would position the
mine among the world's largest high-quality lithium mines. South Seas has been contracted
to supply the E-houses (intelligent mobile substations) for this project, with
delivery anticipated by September 2023.
